To create the panda features use Nori (Seaweed) the seaweed must be crispy and dry. For optimal cut, place seaweed over stove for a few seconds to make it more crispy, then place the seaweed onto the silicone mat, press the nori cutter over the seaweed and press till the seaweed is cut. Use the cut outs to shape your cute little train rice ball.
