We ship worldwide, within same day or 1-2 business days after the receipt of cleared payment, except Saturdays, Sundays, and US national holidays. If you cannot find the information about shipping to your location, please feel free to contact us.
USA Shipping:
*Economy Flat Rate Shipping
Economy shipping is our most affordable method for sending your order to you. Delivery time will vary from 4 to 10 business days or 1 to 2 weeks. Orders that ship Economy will arrive by UPS, FedEX and/or the U.S. Postal Service . Currently the economy flat rate $6 shipping method is only available for contiguous U.S. (48 states) excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/AFO. (We always try to work with shipping carriers to get a better shipping rate for our customers. We hope that in the near future we would be able to offer better shipping rate to all destinations.) This option is best for customers who wants to buy more and save more on shipping. This option will be automatically shown (no coupon code needed) before checking out.
Shipping To APO/AFO
We ship to all military friends and familys. Shipping to APO/AFO, the delivery time varies depending on the destination. When completing your Shipping Address during checkout, please make note of the following.- The City must be entered as either "APO" or "FPO" - The State must be selected as either "AA" "AE" or "AP"You must enter your Zip code.- Always remember to enter your full name, grade, and PSC or unit number. Please note, orders shipped to an APO/FPO address do take longer to be delivered. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your package to arrive.

Processing Time
Normally orders will process within 1 business day. In some cases, orders will process within 2 business days. Orders will process after the receipt of cleared payment. Orders placed via eCheck will process after the eCheck has cleared.
Hawaii & Alaska
For shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, we ship via the USPS.
P.O. Boxes
We ship to P.O. Boxes via the USPS.
Tracking Orders
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. Tracking information is usually available within 1-2 business days after orders has shipped, and usually in the evening.
NOTE: The shipping method can be chosen after you create an account with us, add items in your shopping cart, select your shipping address, and continue to checkout. Please note that you will be able to review the items in your cart and choose the shipping method you prefer, before you make a payment or checkout.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. After placing items in your shopping cart, proceed to the checkout area. Complete the Shipping and Billing information, including selecting your country.
Shipping Options & Delivery Time
We usually ship internationally via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
- Priority International Mail - your shipment should arrive in about 5 to 10 business days after shipment. After the shipment, you will be provided a tracking number via e-mail, so you can monitor the status of your shipment.
- First Class International Mail which is the cheapest method of shipping international, the arrival time will vary, it sometimes take over a month for the package to arrive and there is no tracking information and no insurance for this method, so please choose the right option for you when you check out your order. If you do not receive your package within 45 days, please contact us immediately. Please note that it is possible that the delivery of your order could be delayed due to customs processing. If your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, you should check with your local customs office to see if they are holding the package for payment of fees. Also, some customs offices will send a separate invoice for your customs fees that could arrive several weeks after you receive your shipment. Please be familiar with the customs laws in your country before you order.
Will I have to pay customs fees on my order?
Your order could be charged (not all the time) customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) when it arrives. Please be aware that shipping charges do not include international taxes or duties. Contact the customs office in the destination country for information about any applicable duties or taxes. If an order is placed on our web site and then refused, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, as well as any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that were incurred in shipping the package. These amounts will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. We have made every effort to minimize our international shipping charges. We only charge our cost for these services. We do not make any profit on our shipping services to international customers.
